Features and uses

[Recommended uses]: Use as supplement in the zinc-rich coatings, for welding purposes in automobile and equipment manufacturing, the pre-construction primer, weldable coil coatings, adhesives, sealants, shielding coating in anti-electromagnetic interference and radio frequency interference as well as additives in electrostatic coated lead and powder metallurgy industry.

[Specific purposes]:

(1) Paint: as a cost-effective paint can be used as a partial alternative for substituting zinc powder in zinc-rich coating (the replacing margin can reach 35% according to the weight); it has been successfully used in zinc-rich primer coating such as epoxy zinc-rich primer, inorganic zinc silicate, etc.).

(2) Weldable coating: grant weldable performance to single-or multi-layer paint coating and can be used for coated aspects of pre-construction primer, bonding, sealing agents and coil coating;

(3) Conductive coating: to enable the paint with electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity properties;

(4) The shielding layer of electromagnetic interference and radio frequency interference: as a cost-effective alternative that can partially substitute nickel or copper paint pigment shield anti-electromagnetic interference and anti-radio frequency interference. (the replacing margin can reach 30% according to the weight)

(5) Powder metallurgy: can reduce the sintering temperature, increase the suppression efficiency, and improve the wet strength of powder before sintered (wet strength).
